Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RaffleRush Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any raffle or promotion on RaffleRush Canada. By entering any raffle, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are a resident of Alberta, Canada.

How to Enter

Tickets can be purchased through our website at $10 per ticket. Each ticket represents one entry into the specified raffle draw. Payment must be completed in full before entries are confirmed.

Prize Draws

Winners are selected through a certified random drawing process. All draws are supervised and verified for fairness by independent third-party auditors. Winners will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw.

Prize Claiming

Winners have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Ticket Purchase Terms

All ticket sales are final. Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
