Official Raffle Rules

These Official Rules govern all raffles conducted by RaffleRush Canada. By participating in any raffle, you agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the raffle administrators.

Sponsor

RaffleRush Canada is operated by Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, located at 851 64 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3B8, Canada. We are fully licensed by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) under license number 731124.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our raffles, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry
• Be a legal resident of Alberta, Canada
• Provide valid identification upon request
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of the sponsor

Entry Period

The entry period for each raffle is clearly specified on the raffle page and runs from the start date and time to the draw date and time. All entries must be received before the draw closing time to be eligible.

How to Enter

Entries are made by purchasing tickets through our website at $10 per ticket. Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed. Payment must be completed for entries to be valid.

Winner Selection

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw is conducted using a certified random number generator and is witnessed by independent third-party auditors.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and phone within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prize Details

Prize details are as specified on each raffle page. Prizes are awarded as described and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash (except where the prize is cash). Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Accept decisions of the sponsor as final
• Allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes
• Release the sponsor from all liability related to the raffle and prize
